As an old marketing adage goes, “You can’t manage what you don’t measure.” That’s why we think it is essential that all tactics are wrapped with analytics.

To start, we determine your current cost per deal and number of leads it takes to generate a sale. Once we have these benchmarks – which are oftentimes ugly numbers – we can work to improve the ratios.

We also develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for every tactic including branding, lead generation, and channel development. This lets us figure out in real time what’s working and what isn’t – and adjust accordingly.

We thought we were on to something when our very first client’s sales revenue grew more than 80% the first year. But we really knew our method worked when the client CEO concluded a board meeting by saying, “Leads are up. Costs are down. Life is good.”
